Can I make a reservation by phone?

A No. We are very sorry, but we only take reservation by online. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

How about child rate?

A 1 child can be stayed with parent in case of he/she is under 5 years; please make a reservation for another room if you have more than 2 children. There is no charge under 5 years old. Over 5 years old is regarded as an adult.

Do you have an extra bed or baby bed?

A No. We are very sorry, but there is no extra bed.

Can I leave luggage before check-in and after check-out?

A Yes. We keep the luggage on the day of check-in and check-out.
In case of that the guest needs to leave the luggage more than 1 night, 500yen is charged per luggage per night. It is free if you have another reservation(within 1month) in ahead.

Is there bathroom and toilet in the room?

A Yes. All rooms are equipped with bathroom and toilet.

Can I check-in to the hotel before 15:00pm?

A Yes/No. It depends on the situation. In case of that the room is ready, the guest can check-in without extra charge.

Can I check-out early morning?

A Yes. Please let us know 1 day before your check-out date in case of that the guests check-out before 6:00am.

What time is the latest check-in?

A The reception is closed at 1:00am so please check-in before that time.

Can I extend check-out time?

A Yes. Until 14:00pm to the maximum, 1,000yen surcharge is required every 1 hour after 10:00am.

Do you reserve a restaurant, ticket for the guest?

A No. We are very sorry that we cannot reserve restaurant, ticket for the guests.
We can help making a reservation during the guests’ stay, but reservation can be made by the guest in person.

Do you have a curfew?

A Basically, the front door locks at 1:00am; however, once the guest check-in to the hotel, the front door can be opened 24 hours with the room key card.

Do you have a meal service?

A No. We are very sorry, but there is no meal service.
There is a kitchen at a lounge including dishes, cooking tools, seasonings, microwave, and toaster are available free of charge.

Do you have a safety box inside of the room?

A No. Instead of that, there are coin lockers at a lobby.

Do you have a coin laundry?

A Yes. There is one washing machine and one dryer at a lounge.

Can you change the towel and linen every day?

A Yes. Our cleaning staffs clean your room every single day, but the service is until 14:00 pm. (Request for cleaning is unacceptable after 14:00 pm.) Also, please put out “Don’t disturb” on the doorknob if you wouldn’t need cleaning. *According to our policy for the long stay guest, we will clean your room at least once in every 3 days for cleanliness.

Can I rent a bicycle?

A Yes. We rent bicycles for 500yen per day and 3000yen as a deposit. (Until 23:00pm)

Do you have a party?

A Yes. We often hold a party for the guests once a month. Sushi, pizza, and free drinks are served. Pictures are seen on our Facebook.

Is Wi-Fi available in the room?

A Yes. Wi-Fi is available whole of the hotel.
